Doneta E. Adkins Doneta E. Adkins, 68, of Melrose, OH , passed Friday, September 21st, 2018 at in her home. She was born in Lima, OH on July 8, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Alma (Grunden) Tyo. She is survived by a son Thomas Justinger of Melrose, daughter Tonnia Carter Marshall of Florida, OH, 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Kimberly Ren'e (Justinger) Merz, a sister Shirley Nussbaum, a brother Thomas Nussbaum and her parents Ralph Nussbaum and Alma Tyo.
