Deloris M. Weber, 90, of Defiance, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 12, 2023. She was born on August 23, 1932 to Dale and Caroline (Wurm) Amspaugh in Payne, Ohio.  On November 3, 1956 she married William E. Weber who preceded her in death on August 6, 2015. Deloris was a member of St Mary Catholic Church in Defiance. She was a beautician and an excellent seamstress, she also enjoyed crocheting. Deloris was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan, enjoyed traveling and spending the winters in South Padre Island.  Family was especially important to her. Deloris is survived by her children, Steven (Marilyn) Weber of Sylvania, Ohio;  Randy (Julie) Weber and Dave Weber both of Defiance, and  Laurie (Jeff) Davy of East Sparta, Ohio.  She leaves behind to treasure her memory eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  Deloris is also survived by her sisters, Jackie Tracy of Continental, Ohio,  Georgine Vonderembse of Lima, and sister-in-law, Beverly George of Defiance. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William E Weber; sisters, Eleanor Schroeder, Eileen Jones and an infant brother, Michael Amspaugh. On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, there will be a Rosary Service beginning at 4:00 pm with visitation to follow until  7:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home South/Lawson/Roessner Chapel (1753 S. Clinton St) Defiance, Ohio. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 11:00 am at the St.  Mary Catholic Church, with Fr. Jason D'Souza officiating.
