Delores Weddington, 72, of Oakwood, passed away on  Sunday, November 18, 2012 at the CHP Defiance Area In-Patient Hospice Center.

She was born on March 30, 1940 to Cecil and Gertrude (Scott) Weddington in Pikeville, KY.

When Delores was not spending time with her family, she enjoyed reading, watching movies, vegetable gardening, and her cats.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Younce of Oakwood, OH, son, Dan (Kay) Campbell of Mansfield, OH, brother, Tom (Jill) Weddington of Napoleon, OH, grandchildren, Angela (Jason) Murray & Amanda Campbell, great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Audriana, & Kaitlynn, nieces & nephews, Laura (Nate) Detmer of Defiance, OH, Justin (Elizabeth) Weddington of Findlay, OH, &  Brooke Weddington of Napoleon, OH, & a great grand nephew, Eli Buchhop of Defiance, OH.

She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Weddington, mother, Gertrude Scott, and her step-father, Joseph Pietrzak.

There will be no visitation.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 @ 11:30 am, at Riverview Memory Gardens, Defiance, Ohio, with Pastor Joe Graves officiating.
