Dave S Eitniear, 55, of Continental, passed away on  Sunday, December 1, 2013 at his residence.

He was born on November 25, 1958 to Jerry and Margaret (Barrett) Eitniear in Williams County.

On July 1, 1999 he married Tracy (Katschke) Eitniear and she survives.

Dave worked for Mansion Moble Homes in Bryan.  He was a loyal family man, always there for his family and friends.  Dave was a handyman and he had a love for  animals.

Dave is survived by his loving wife of 13 years,Tracy, son, David S Eitniear II, daughter, Donna Lynn (Mike) Jack of Bryan, daughter, Nicole (Kyle) Layne of Defiance, son, Sean (Elizabeth) Sweet of Ashley, IN, son, James Sweet of Defiance, brothers, Brian (Kristi) Eitniear of Defiance,  Mark (Laurie) Eitniear of Pioneer, Jerry (Christine) Eitniear of TN, sister, Diana Kallas of Van Wert, and his  grandmother, Ruth Pierce of Montpelier.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Danielle Eitniear.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM.Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at the Schaffer Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. John McKay officiating.  Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service starting at 11:00AM.

Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.

The family request memorials be given to the family.
