Cynthia L (Ecker) Dohm , 52 of Defiance passed away Saturday May 21, 2016 in her home.
She was born June 7, 1963 the daughter of Jimmie Lee and Joyce L (Hilliker) in West Branch, Michigan.
Her affection for her Dad and Mom John and Joyce Restainer was never ending.
Cynthia had previously worked as a counselor at Hope House of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Cynthia was a very talented writer and enjoyed writing poetry and short stories.
She is survived by:
Daughters: - Jessica Brown of Indianapolis and Erin Dohm of Lima, Ohio.
Brothers - Steve Ecker of Standish, Michigan and Patrick Ecker of Augres, Michigan.
Sister - Julie Restainer of Bryan, Ohio
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim Ecker and Tony Ecker.
A Memorial service honoring the life of Cynthia will be conducted by Pastor John MacFarlane on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home.
