Clarence L. Linebrink, 79, of Defiance, passed away on  Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Twin Rivers Care & Rehabilitation Center, Defiance.

He was born on January 3, 1933 to Ira and Mabel (Beindorf) Linebrink in Tiffin Twp, Defiance Co., OH.  He married Diane Memmer on December 21, 1968 and she passed away on March 29, 2010.  Surviving him are a brother, Jerry (Ann) Linebrink of Defiance, a sister, Virginia Buff of Defiance, and caregivers, Dave (Ruth) Memmer of Defiance.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, brothers, Marvin and Richard Linebrink, and a sister, Dorothy Thomas.

Clarence was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church, Defiance.  He worked at Arps Dairy and at Brown's Bakery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 from 6-8pm at Hanenkrath-Clevenger-Schaffer Funeral Home,  Defiance, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10:30 am at the funeral home with Rev. Brian Stark officiating.

Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery,Tiffin Township.
