Christopher "Kit"  Gerdeman, 24, of Napoleon, passed away on  August 12, 2014 at his mother's residence in Archbold.

He was born on August 1, 1990 to Christopher and Linda K. (Wolfrum) Gerdeman in Defiance.

Kit was a 2009 graduate of Defiance High School where he played baseball.   He enjoyed hunting and fishing.   Kit was employed by Keller Logistics in Napoleon..

Kit is survived by his father of Defiance, mother of Archbold, sisters, Krysta Gerdeman of Defiance, Kayla Gerdeman of Archbold,  paternal grandparents, Otto (Connie) Gerdeman of Defiance, and maternal grandparents, David (Joyce) Wolfrum of Omaha, Arkansas.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Friday, August 15, 2014 and from 10-11 A.M. Saturday at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.  Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at the funeral home with Deacon Jeff Mayer officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
