Charles Harv Lawson, 88, of Defiance, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born on May 2, 1930 in Jellico, Tennessee. Charles was a freemason, a very hard worker, and a good man. He leaves behind his best friend, Flora Christine Epuna of Defiance. There will be no visitation or services. Schaffer Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
