Cathy Sue Diehl, 65, of Defiance, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.

She was born on May 20, 1951, to Walter and Jean (Bauman) Pfau in Defiance, OH.  She was a Nurse, member of First Assembly of God and enjoyed Bible Study, Nursing and spending time with her grandchildren

Cathy will be missed by her, children, Stacie (nee: Glick) Mayer of Defiance, OH, Matt (Alex) Diehl of Lima, OH, Step-Children, Dawn Wamsley of Middletown, OH, Lonnie (Edward) Leverton of Van Wert, OH and Steven Diehl, grandchildren, Tyler Mayer, Ariana Diehl and Gaberol Diehl and her Fur Baby, Lucy.

She was preceded in death by her Parents: Walter and Jean Pfau and Significant Other, David Diehl.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance and also from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 26, 2016 at First Assembly of God in Defiance with Pastor Randy Wilson officiating.  Burial will take place at Riverview Memory Gardens.
