Bonnie (Whitmore) Wagner Yvonne Marie "Bonnie" (Whitmore) Wagner, 70, of Defiance, entered into God's eternal care Thursday, June 25th, 2015 in her residence. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on April 28, 1945, she was the daughter of the late John H. and Rose L. (Cornwell) Wagner. Bonnie was a lifelong resident of Defiance and a Defiance High School graduate. She was a life member of First Baptist Church and served as the church librarian. She was an active and dedicated member of the church. She loved the Lord. She enjoyed crafts, water aerobics at the YMCA and loved animals especially her dogs. She had been self employed with her cleaning service. Surviving are a son: David (Connie) Whitmore Jr. of Defiance stepchildren; Bobbie Arzheimer, Jackie Heff and Ryan Huff. Aunts; Leona (Ken) May of Defiance, Carol Anderson of Indiana, Jeannine Wagner of Defiance and Joan Wagner of Defiance. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; Amber German, Samantha German, Jennifer Trusty, Bobbie McMillen and Tabatha Whitmore, 7 great grandchildren, step grandchildren and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband David Whitmore Sr. and life partner Lawrence Huff. Services at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home, Defiance, at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30th, with Wayne Altstaetter officiating.
