Bonnie C. Dohoney Bonnie C. Dohoney, 78, of Defiance, passed away Tuesday, July 13th, 2010 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on September 1, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Katherine (Flentji) Dohoney. Bonnie had worked at Fulton Tubing in Archbold. She graduated from St. Mary's Catholic school in 1945 and Defiance High School in 1949. Surviving are a sister: JoAnn (John) Bittinger of Auburn, Washington brothers: Donald (Ollie) Dohoney of Conneaut, Oh., and Gerald (Rita) Dohoney of Sylvania, Oh. Preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers: Thomas Jr., Patrick, William, Johnny, and Bobby Dohoney. 3 sisters: Ann Kelby, Mary Straugham, and Rita Dohoney. Services at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home, Defiance, at 11:00 A:M on Friday, July 16th, with Father Tim Kummerer officiating. Friends are invited to call Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 at Lawson-Roessner with a 7:30 P:M Vigil Service Thursday. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
