Bonnie M. Bailey, 90, of Defiance, passed away on  January 9, 2013 at the Laurels of Defiance, in Defiance, OH.

She was born on January 21, 1922 to John and Louise (Bohlke) Anderson in Defiance, OH. She graduated from Defiance High School in 1939.  Bonnie worked at Diehl INC for 20 years, retiring in 1989. On June 19, 1941  she married Don M. Bailey at St. John Lutheran Church in Defiance, OH. Bonnie and Don lived in Defiance.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Martha (Larry) Hardy of Adrian, MI,  Mary (Ronnie) Pinckley of Bryan, OH, Kathleen (David) Folk of Defiance, OH, Marvin (Donna) Bailey of Defiance, OH, Rosalie (Terry) Shinabery of Defiance, OH, Eloise Bailey of Defiance, OH, grandchildren, Renee Tressler, Jennifer (Duane) Doyle, Brian (Heather)Hardy, Heidi (Ted) Bender, Cindy Wolph, Maryann Mitchell, Michelle (Jeff) McIntyre, Kim (Kevin) Oxender, Amy (Scott) VanVlerah, Lori Friesner, Robin (Randy) Bowen, Dawn (Greg) Bour, Carrie (Duane) Romines, Joel (Lisa) Bailey, Nathan (Jill) Bailey, Christopher (Marci) Shinabery, Heather (Terry) Brown, Chad (Jackie) Shinabery, Sarah (Edward) Keating, 48 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Don M. Bailey, brothers, Paul Anderson, John "Dale" Anderson, sister, Pauline Troyer, 2 grand children,  2 great grand children, and 9 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 12, 2013 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm at the Hanenkrath-Clevenger-Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 1:30-2:30 at the Free Christian Church of God, Continental, OH. Funeral Services will begin at 2:30 pm, with Rev. James  Fry, & Rev. Sharon Fox officiating.

Burial will take place in the Riverview Memory Gardens.
