Anthony Vincent  D'Ambrosia, 7 Days old, of Defiance, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at The Toledo Children's Hospital.

He was born on February 5, 2017 at The Toledo Children's Hospital to Vincent and Olivia (Cozzolino) D'Ambrosia.

Anthony will be sadly missed by his parents, Olivia and Vincent D'Ambrosia of Defiance,  grandparents, Kimberly and William Cozzolino of  Defiance, Frank and Sue D'Ambrosia of Archbold, uncles, William (Tiffanee) Cozzolino of Bay City, Michigan, and Frank (Nicole) D'Ambrosia of Archbold.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Kylie D'Ambrosia.

A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
