Annette Quintero, 54, of Defiance, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday,  July 22, 2015 at Bryan Hospital. She was born on October 25, 1960 to David and Rita (Rodriguez) Ordaz in Defiance. Annette worked at Defiance Precision Products in Defiance. She was a stay at home mother, and loved spending time with her children. Annette is survived by her father, David Ordaz, Sr., son, Jonas Daniel (Kristin) Quintero of Defiance, daughters, Jaclyn Rose Quintero of  Defiance, and Adriana Rita Quintero of Atlanta, Georgia, granddaughter, Leeta Kay Quintero, grandson, Noah Leonard, siblings; Diane Velez of Defiance,  Mark Ordaz of Arizona, Alma Rivera of Washington, Richard Ordaz of Toledo, Sylvia Garcia of Edgerton, and Susie Barajas of Edgerton.
