Andrew (Andy) Starr Andrew (Andy) Starr, age 47, of Defiance, Oh , passed away at 9:02 P:M , Saturday, August 2nd, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Holden, W.Va. on October 2, 1960, he was the son of the late Henry and Waverell (Dempsey) Starr who survives him of Defiance He married Charlotte (Dulaney) Starr and she survives in Napoleon. Andy was previously employed at Campbells Soup in Napoleon, Ohio. Also surviving are Daughter: Brook Johnston of Defiance 4 Sons: Lucan Starr of Napoleon, Roger (Jennifer) Starr of Napoleon, Oh, Shawn (Jessica) Starr of Napoleon,Oh. Shane (Ashley) Starr of Defiance, Oh Sister: Mary Puckett of North Carolina 4 Brothers: Henry Lee (Brenda) Starr of Defiance, Oh, Jack (Debra) Starr of Defiance, Oh, Donald (Jaen) Starr of Ft. Wayne, Ind., Larry (Delena) Starr of Paulding He is also survived by 7 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his father Memorial Service at at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home, 1753 S. Clinton St. Defiance, Oh. at 4:00 P:M on Thursday, August 7th, with Rev. Burnell Hammons officiating. Friends are invited to call Thursday 2-4 at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home.
