Amy Kathryn (Moats) Brehm, 48, of Whitmore Lake, Michigan passed away in her home on Tuesday April 7, 2015.  She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 4, 1967 and her adopted parents Mark and Karen (Kline) Moats survive in Defiance.  On October21, 1995 she married Christopher Brehm and he survives.

Amy was a 1985 graduate of Defiance High School where she was an exchange student studying in Australia; attended the University of Cincinnati, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio where she also studied in Luxemburg. She received her Master's in Marketing & Business at the University of Toledo.  She enjoyed Boating, cross stich and playing the piano.  Amy was a purchasing agent at Proctor & Gamble

She is also survived by a son Joshua Brehm of Whitmore Lake, MI and a brother Wesley (Heather) Moats of Defiance.

Visitation will be held on Sunday April 12, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance, where Funeral services will be held on Monday April 13, 2015 at 11 am with Reverend Joe Payne officiating.  Interment will follow at the Sherwood Cemetery.  A memorial service will be held May 2, 2015 in Whitmore Lake, Michigan.
