Alsace Trevino-Ramon, 33, of Defiance, passed away on  Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. She was born on May 3, 1990 to Steve Ramon and Patricia "Trish" Trevino in  Defiance. As a teenager, Alsace worked at Tom's Donuts and Wendy's. Alsace was a member of St Mary Catholic Church.  She had a heart of gold and was always thinking of others.  She was kind, generous and everyone adored her.  She loved music and spending time with friends and family.  She loved her siblings more than anything.  She also had a love of animals and took in many rescues. Alsace is survived by her father, Steve (Holly) Ramon of Indianapolis, Indiana; her siblings Aisla Koch and Methias Koch both of Defiance; Logan Ramon and Lauren Ramon both of Indianapolis. She also leaves behind her uncles and aunts, Joey Trevino of Fort Worth, TX, Maurice (Trini) Trevino of Defiance, Joseph Ramon of Stryker, Adam Ramon of Defiance, Frances (Markwin) Jongerden of Defiance,  Dawn (Corey) Lambert of Bryan, and Darlene (Brent) Urivez of Defiance; as well as grandparents, Mario Marroquin, Gloria Ysasaga and Thelma Trevino and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia "Trish" Trevino-Koch, uncles, Raymond DeLeon, Jr. and Rey DeLeon; grandparents, Beatrice Trevino and Jose Trevino. Visitation will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio.  A funeral service will follow at 12:00 noon at the funeral home with Deacon Jeff Mayer officiating.

Burial of ashes will take place at a later date at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorials be made to the Fort Defiance Humane Society in honor of Alsace's love of animals.  Online condolences can be given at www.Schafferfh.com.
