Robert Lee Albright, 69, of Defiance, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at his residence in Defiance, surrounded by his wife, family, and loved ones.
  
He was born on May 25, 1947 to Charles W. and Margaret "Peg" (McKeddie) Albright in Van Wert, Ohio. He was a 1965 graduate of Van Wert High School, and graduated from Bethal College, now known as Bethel University in Mckenzie, Tennessee.  On September 19, 1981 he married Linda Kay (LaFontaine) Albright, who resides in Defiance. 
  
Robert was the owner and President of Placemat Advertising and Ohio Placemat Advertising for 33 years, His motto, "Be Wise, Advertise". He was a life member of Elks Lodge 147, Moose, Eagles, Auglaize Golf Club, an avid golfer, Ohio State fan, and animal lover.
Robert will be sadly missed by his family; Children: Julee Anne (Gene) Morris - Defiance,  Kim Renee (Jeff Fether) Albright-Good - Venice, FL, Douglas Earl (Tracy) Williamson - Montpelier, OH, Brian Lee Albright - Clearwater, FL, Grandchildren: Holly (Morris) Grieser - Defiance,  Mindy (Fred) Argueta - Archbold,  Zachary Morris - Defiance, Richard L. Good - Sylvania, OH,  Scott (Leslie) Good - Paulding, Jose Robert (Jessica Bright) Hernandez IV "Robbie" - Venice, FL,  Alex James (Olivia Smith) Hernandez - Venice, FL, Tyson Earl and Brady Lee Williamson - Montpelier,  Great grandchildren: Sydney and Jared Grieser - Defiance,  Rudy Argueta - Archbold, Aliana Renee Hernandez - Venice, FL, Abel ReVay and Aurora Lynn Hernandez - Venice, FL, Brendan and Courtney Good - Paulding,  Siblings: William Albright - Angola, IN (Bob's twin),  Jack Albright - Van Wert, (deceased),  James (Uta) Albright - Angola, IN,  Sister-in-Law, Jeanne (John Streff) Royal. 
He was preceded in death by his parents,  brother Jack Albright,  and in-laws Douglas and Mary (Snodgrass) LaFontaine and Floyd Bell.
The family would like to thank lifetime friend Don Sager for his love and support during this time.
At Robert's request, no service will be held at this time. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
